Summer cultural highlights in Seville

As always in the hot months of the Andalucian summer, the cultural programme in Seville moves outside and into the sultry late night.

Noches en los Jardines del Alcazar - till 1 September.
All types of musical groups in the magical jasmine-scented gardens of this Mudejar-Renaissance palace, every night during the summer - from baroque, jazz, classical to flamenco. Programme details here.
Nocturama - Centro de Andaluz de Arte Contemporaneo - till 6 September.
Contemporary music in the gardens of La Cartuja Monastery; Wednesday to Saturday. Full programme here.


21 Degrees Season - CICUS (University of Seville) - till 30 August.

Noches de la Buhaira - till 8 September
Theatre and concerts (jazz, flamenco, opera, Portuguese fado) in the gardens of this Moorish palace; also puppet shows and plays for children. Full programme here.


Greco-Roman Theatre in the Antiquarium - till 27 July
