Funky Buddha Marbella

Funky Buddha Marbella located above the Golden Mile. 2019 opening partner club to the Funky Buddha Banus. Located on the site of the famous Art Deco Marbella night club La Notte which had closed c2000. The La Notte gardens have long gone and have been replaced with soundproofed conservatories that let Funky Buddha play the sounds loud.

Decor at Funky Buddha is funky. Dark and intriguing interior with plush velvety seats and curtains. Shisha bars, low comfortable sofas, and a VIP area. Plenty of places to hang out. Eastern design interior, with Buddhas, lanterns and velvet cushions. The music is predominantly R and B and is loud, it is quieter on the spacious terraces. Funky Buddha has also seen packed PA’s from superstars including 50 Cent and Pharrel.

In the same group as the Opium Beach Club which opened for the 2018 summer season and is run by the Bordas brothers: Ramón and Javier (manager of Barcelona Football Club). Funky Buddha Marbella, Funky Buddha Banus, Seven, Kube and Opera. In 2017 their first beachclub venue was opened near Puerto Banus as Funky Buddha Beach which later changed name to Sala Beach then La Sala by the sea.
