Pueblos Blancos Music Festival -
The fifth edition of the grass roots Pueblos Blancos Music Festival which held first edition in 2016, returned on weekend 28 to 31 July 2022 to the Serrania or Ronda and Grazalema after an absence in 2020 and 2021.

It is held over four days in four different Serrania villages. Ronda, Montejaque, Grazalema, Villaluenga del Rosario and features a mix of blues, country, rock, pop and jazz under the strapline 'From Austin to Andalucia'. About 20 bands mostly from Austin, Houston and Nashville share concerts and musical experiences with local groups. Rock, blues, country, Tex-Mex, jazz, funk and R&B are played in charming outdoor venues. FREE entrance.

From Austin Texas artist include Joe King Carrasco (King of Tex-Mex having headlined in all previous editions), The Hiskoids, Donovan Keith (three artists also playing at Louie Louie in Estepona Mon-Wed befor enad after festival), Robin Mordecai, Walter Daniels & the Dell Valle Trustetees, The History Department. From Ontario Canada; Gary Cain Band. From Finland Jack Noir. From Spain Los Widow Makers, My Yellowstone, Blueroomes, Cives, Chisum Cattle Co. From Cadiz SEFO, Suso Diaz and the Appaloosas.

It is also traditional for Joe King Carrasco and other artists such as Donovan Kieth and the Hickoids to play a warm up at Louie Louie bar in Eptepona port the week before the Pueblo Blancos music festival and also a warm down the week after.
