Nursery slopes
These are in the beginners’ area of Borreguiles.
Pista del Mar
Pista del Mar is a sea creature-themed area, with friendly animals to make skiing fun for kids – they can spot a whale, an octopus and a submarine. This is located close to the Emile Allais chairlift.
Pista de El Bosque
Nearby is Pista de El Bosque, close to the Dauro carpet lift. Youngsters can spot woodland animals, such as deer, along the trail.
Kidspark
Kidspark is in the Sulayr Snowpark in Loma de Dilar, next to the Loma de Dilar chairlift. It has smaller obstacles for younger snowboarder and freestyle skiers. See also non-skier activities.
Activities park
In Pradollano, at the bottom of the El Rio run, there is Mirlo Blanco funpark (2,100m). Here you can ride on the famous Trineo Ruso (Russian sled), a cross between a roller-coaster and a sled, with a vertical drop of 550 m. Children under four years are not allowed, and children aged over 8 can ride without an adult. Other snow activities include ski-bikes and tubing.
